By placing an order on giftslane.com, you agree to the Terms & Conditions laid out on this page.
Giftslane reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Placing Orders
We use secure data encryption across our website to protect your personal information. Under no circumstances will we share or sell your data to any third party.
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Every order must have a valid email address. Giftslane will not be held responsible for any inability to contact you regarding order updates, returns, or refunds if an incorrect or missing email was provided.
The binding agreement between you and Giftslane comes into effect once the order confirmation email is sent.
If your order has not been delivered due to no fault of your own, we will promptly resolve the issue or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests cannot be processed as the order will have entered production or dispatch.
Product Safety
All products available at giftslane.com are designed in compliance with U.S. safety and environmental regulations.
Agreement
The agreement between Giftslane and the customer is effective upon dispatch of the order confirmation email.
Giftslane is responsible for delivering the ordered product(s) in new, undamaged condition to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information within the United States to ensure smooth delivery.
Address & Delivery
Giftslane delivers product(s) to the exact address provided at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect address was entered, customers should immediately contact support@giftslane.com with their order number and updated address.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The customer received the wrong product or size, or
- The product arrived damaged due to no fault of the customer.
In such cases, Giftslane will cover the return shipping cost after the item has been received and inspected by our team.
After receiving the returned item, the customer is eligible for either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item at no additional charge
Note:
If the product is damaged due to improper handling during transportation, this agreement becomes void.
Exchanges:
We currently do not accept exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or design. In such cases, a new order must be placed.

In case of a dispute, the customer agrees to first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a written description of the issue, supporting documentation, and a proposed resolution to our support team via email.
Arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis, and no class action claims are permitted. By using this site, you waive the right to initiate or participate in a class action lawsuit.
